Adamant Gear Refund, Payment and Shipping Policy

Refunds on all items are accepted within 14 days of the merchandise arriving to your home. It is your responsibility to contact Adamant Gear and notify us of any item you are not satisfied with. Once you contact us, we will provide the necessary information to return the package back to us. All shipping costs must be covered by the person who requested the refund.
The merchandise must be unused and in it’s original packaging to be granted a full refund. Once we receive the merchandise, it will under go an inspection. At that time, if it has been deemed unused and in it’s original condition then we will fully refund your money via the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges are accepted. Please contact Adamant Gear with proof of your original purchase and the item you would like to exchange. If you notify us within 14 days, you will be granted a refund on the difference in price of the exchangeable merchandise. The refundable difference on the items will be added to original purchase method card holder.
After 14 days, only a store credit will be granted on the pricing difference on merchandise exchanges.
Payments made on adamtngear.com are secured by our websites license and validity of secured payment checkout. Acceptable payment methods are Vise, mastercard and American Express accounts.
Adamant Gear is happy to inform you that you will never be charged for shipping on any merchandise purchased from our website. You will never need to worry about shipping charges when shopping with us.
